Mary Halsey, Communications Manager
I’ve been blessed to work in the UK charity sector for nearly two decades, specialising in communications, project oversight, administration and events. My work has focused on inclusion of marginalised groups, including underserved health communities, and people facing homelessness or addiction. Based in Leeds, I have held governance roles and enjoy sign‑language, music and serving my community through my church.

Claire Carter, Communications Coordinator
My role involves keeping members and supporters up to date, compiling blogs and testimonies, and managing our website and social media. I also support individuals struggling with addiction locally. I feel called to serve those in addiction and recovery, and to encourage stronger church involvement.

Christine L, Membership Management & Administration
I work part-time at ISAAC International, where I look after membership applications and queries, and also enjoy tidying up our database and dealing with background tasks.
I joined the ISAAC team after volunteering at Yeldall Manor, a Christian Drug & Alcohol Recovery Centre.

Stuart Leitch, Head of Network Engagement
UK & Ireland
My background for the past 20 years’ is as a pastor, frontline worker and recovery practitioner. I’ve helped pioneer faith‑informed recovery groups and life‑skills programmes in Bristol. I have a passion to see lives transformed through the gospel and believe a strong UK & Ireland network that partners with churches can be a powerful force for God’s kingdom.

Mitha Bleasdale, Head of Strategy & Relationships
My role at ISAAC is operational, strategic and relational. I support our Members by building teams that mentor, train and deliver events and projects. All with a view to help Christians in the addiction‑recovery space to thrive, worldwide. I have experience across Charities/NGOs, churches, education, mental health and recovery. Serving those who serve vulnerable people brings me great joy.

Treflyn-Lloyd Roberts, CEO & General Secretary
I’ve spent 30 years working with recovery projects across many countries. I now serve as ISAAC’s General Secretary and CEO alongside leading Hope & Vision Communities in the UK. My past roles include supporting Christian recovery networks in Eastern Europe and Central Asia and serving as Chief Executive at Yeldall Manor.
